Founded by Chef Gabriela, our food truck and catering service brings together a rich cultural heritage, generations of culinary tradition, and bold, unforgettable flavors. Gabriela’s passion for food stems from her family’s deep roots in the food industry, with a legacy that dates back to her grandmother’s work catering for the Lebanese Country Club in Mexico.
Today, we carry on that family tradition by fusing cultural heritage with fresh, local ingredients to create mouthwatering dishes that celebrate both Mexican street food and Texas hospitality. From our signature marquesitas filled with Edam cheese to our handcrafted salsas, every item on our menu is made with care, supporting local farmers and sharing the vibrant tastes of Mexico.
